As the sun rises, watch these majestic animals as they are put through their paces by their jockey, trainer and the wider team around them.
See them warm up their rippling muscles before they are saddled to be ridden by their long-standing work riders around the racecourse.
Then marvel at the care they are given by their grooms, who, if you’re lucky, might give them a morning roll, a soap-sudded bath and their morning breakfast.
