Kingsmoor Club is a members club where members receive ownership shares of selected horses, making racehorse ownership easy, cost effective and risk-free.

Members will also have access to premium curated racing lifestyle experiences and events.

• Usually, the process of finding, choosing and buying one or multiple race horses can be tedious, expensive and requires specialized industry expertise to make the best decisions.
• For Kingsmoor Club members, this is simplified with a world-class, professional and transparent experience that lets you enjoy racehorse ownership without the costs and complexity of the traditional ownership models.
• Our expert racing managers will select and purchase racehorses for the Kingsmoor Club stable.
• Your Kingsmoor Club membership entitles you to one member share each in any two horses in the Kingsmoor Club stable. You can choose these horses from the available stable horses, once you create your account and complete your membership payment.
• From time to time, we will add new horses to the stable, and as a member, you will have early access to buy shares in these additional horses. Prices of shares for new horses will be specified in a transparent manner.
• Any additional horses you purchase shares in will be added to your My Stable page.
• You will enjoy enhanced, all-inclusive ownership, without any of the additional recurring costs, risks and effort that accompany traditional models. This includes:
  • Regular multimedia updates and reports on our horses via your membership dashboard
  • A chance to visit your horses in training and meet the trainers at their yards
  • Access to our racing managers to understand the racing career management of your horses
  • Invitations to attend race day events whenever a stable horse is racing

Each Kingsmoor Club horse is usually capped at 30-45 member-owners. Your Kingsmoor Club membership entitles you to one share each in any two available Kingsmoor Club horses. You can choose these two horses at the time of membership purchase.

You will own one share in each of the two horses you choose. For example, if there are 30 members of a horse, you would effectively own 1/30th of the horse. This means you get 1/30th of the prize money (after expenses and fees) won by the horse during your active membership.

‘Ownership’ implies a share in the horses prize money and other ownership experience benefits. However, you do not have any rights to trade shares and ownership shares are not transferable. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

You cannot sell your share in a horse, as membership shares are for the specific member and not tradable or transferable. Your ownership share is valid as long as your membership is active. Memberships remain active for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Please see detailed terms and conditions for a complete understanding of how share ownership works.

The minimum tenure for a Kingsmoor Club membership is one year. If you cancel your membership before one year, your membership will be active till the end of the payment cycle but will not auto-renew at the end of the term for the next billing cycle. That said, your member login will always be active, and you can login and activate your membership on a plan of your choice at any time.

The minimum tenure for a Kingsmoor membership is one year. If you change your membership plan, it will change at the start of the new billing cycle.

As a Kingsmoor Club member, your membership fee includes a share each in any two horses from the Kingsmoor Club portfolio. You can choose your two horses and they will now appear in your “My Stable” tab.

You will also have access to the entire portfolio of Kingsmoor World horses, which you can track and follow. However, there is no ownership share of these horses as they are owned by the Kingsmoor World racing club.

Whenever we add new horses to the Kingsmoor Club stable, and ownership shares are available, you will also receive early access to buy a share in them, to add to your stable.

This is possible and we will try our best to facilitate this if a member so requests. However, it depends on whether there are shares in other horses available at that time, and the price of shares in that horse.

There are no recurring costs except for your annual membership fee. Your annual membership fee is a one-time fee that gives you an ownership share in any two horses in the Kingsmoor stable, all member benefits as listed here, and covers the upkeep, training and management of your chosen horses.

Any additional optional purchases such as event tickets, merchandise and equine experiences can be purchased on actuals from our Event page or Merchandise shop, with one of the convenient payment options provided. Check for any available member-prices, offers or coupons on your member profile page. You can track, manage and control all your spends via your profile page.
